Beta Testing Terms and Conditions

During the beta testing phase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• • Your data may be stored in an unencrypted format or with limited encryption for the purpose of testing, debugging, and improving the BeeLedger platform.
• • BeeLedger team members and authorized personnel may access and review your data to identify bugs, test features, and enhance the platform's functionality.
• • You should not input sensitive or confidential information that you do not wish to be accessible by the BeeLedger team during the beta phase.
• • Upon official launch, BeeLedger will implement full encryption and privacy safeguards. Beta data may be migrated or deleted at the discretion of BeeLedger.

As part of BeeLedger's voice-based hive inspection features, you agree that:

• • Your voice recordings may be listened to by human reviewers on the BeeLedger team or authorized third-party partners for the purpose of improving transcription accuracy, training AI models, and enhancing speech recognition quality.
• • Voice recordings and transcriptions may be used for quality assurance, debugging, and feature development.
• • All recordings will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared publicly or used for purposes unrelated to improving BeeLedger.

As a beta tester, you agree to:

• • Provide regular, constructive feedback to the BeeLedger team regarding your experience using the platform, including bugs, usability issues, feature requests, and general impressions.
• • Participate in surveys, interviews, or user testing sessions as reasonably requested by the BeeLedger team.
• • Communicate feedback in a respectful and constructive manner, recognizing that BeeLedger is in active development.
• • Acknowledge that while feedback is valued, BeeLedger is under no obligation to implement any specific suggestions or requests.

You acknowledge and understand that:

• • The BeeLedger beta version is pre-release software that may contain bugs, errors, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior.
• • The platform may experience downtime, data loss, or changes without prior notice.
• • Features available during the beta may be modified, removed, or changed before the official launch.
• • BeeLedger makes no warranties regarding the performance, reliability, or accuracy of the beta software.

You agree to:

• • Not disclose confidential or proprietary information about BeeLedger's features, roadmap, or internal workings without permission.
• • You may share your general experience as a beta tester but should avoid sharing screenshots, detailed feature descriptions, or other sensitive information publicly unless explicitly authorized.

You agree that:

• • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to BeeLedger may be used by BeeLedger without compensation or attribution.
• • You retain ownership of your beekeeping data, but grant BeeLedger a license to use it for the purposes described in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• • BeeLedger is provided "as is" during the beta period, with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• • BeeLedger and its team members shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your participation in the beta program, including but not limited to data loss, software errors, or reliance on beta features.

BeeLedger reserves the right to:

• • Terminate or suspend your access to the beta program at any time, with or without cause.
• • You may also withdraw from the beta program at any time by ceasing use of the platform and contacting the BeeLedger team.

BeeLedger may update these beta testing terms at any time. Continued participation in the beta program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
