Welcome to BeeLedger. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BeeLedger mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by BeeLedger (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeeLedger is a mobile application designed to help beekeepers record, manage, and analyze hive inspections through voice recording and automated transcription services. Our Service includes:

• Automated transcription and analysis of recordings
• Hive management and tracking tools
• Data storage and synchronization
• Analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or engage in harmful activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including voice recordings and associated data. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BeeLedger and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.3 Data Backup

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any data loss.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeeLedger and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
